The merit list will be declared only after the registration process. ACPC releases the separate merit list for different courses. Preparation of ACPC Merit List 2024
The ACPC prepares the merit list for the D2d engineering courses by taking the ten theory subjects and the candidates shall have passed the diploma under MPEC System.
Candidates who have passed the diploma under the non-MPEC System/semester or the STPI System. Their merit list will be prepared on the basis of the last two-semester theory subjects.

Preparation of Merit list For Diploma to Degree (D2d) Course
Provided that a candidate who has passed the qualifying examination having project/training in the last or preceding semester of both then the marks/STPI obtained by such candidates in such semester/semesters shall not be considered for the purpose of merit list and the theory marks/STPI obtained in those last two semesters having theory subjects only shall be considered for the purpose of merit list.
Merit list order if the marks are secured equally
- Students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (HSC) in the science stream will be given first priority.
- The theoretical marks secured in the PCM will be considered.
- Secondary School of Certificate (SSC) compulsory subject marks will be taken into consideration.
- The older age candidates will be a higher priority.

Preparation of Merit list For B.E/B.Tech
For the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and appeared for GUJCET 2024 Exam
- The 40% weightage will be taken from the GUJCET Exam
- The 60% marks will be taken from the theory subjects of board exams.
For the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination in the schools of India including Gujarat state and appeared for JEE Main 2024 Exam
Candidates who have passed the qualifying examinations from the schools in India of any recognized board or Gujarat state board and have appeared for JEE Mains 2024 exams, for those candidates merit list shall be prepared on the basis of All India JEE Mains Rank.
Note: A common merit list will be prepared for ICSE, CBSE, GSEB, IB, Cambridge and NIOS Board

Preparation of Merit list M.E. / M.Tech / M.Pharm
Candidates who have applied for the M.E/M.Tech/M.Pharm course. For them, the merit list is prepared on the basis of the following points.
- First, the merit list is prepared on the basis of the marks secured in the GATE/GPAT.
- Secondly, the merit list is prepared on the marks secured by the candidates in CET
- For reserved category candidates, the merit list is prepared separately by category wise.
Merit list order if the marks are secured equally
- The percentage of marks will be taken into consideration of the qualifying examinations.
- The next date of birth of both the candidates will be seen. The older the candidate has a higher chance to give preference.

Preparation of Merit list MCA/MBA Merit List
Candidates who had applied for the ACPC MCA/MBA Course, the ACPC Merit List will be prepared on the basis of the following conditions.
- Candidate’s merit list for the MCA/MBA Admission course shall be prepared on the basis of marks secured in the Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT).
Merit list order if the marks are secured equally
- Firstly, the marks secured in Data Interpretation and QT sections of the CMAT Exam will be taken into consideration.
- Marks secured in the General Awareness section of the CMAT Exam will be taken into account.
- Marks secured in the Language Comprehension section of the CMAT Exam will be taken into account.
- Class X Examination Mathematics percentage of marks will be taken into consideration.
- Overall 10th class percentage of marks is taken into consideration.

Preparation of Merit List of Bachelor of Interior Design Course (CEPT University)
- 30% weightage will be taken from HSC aggregator score
- 70% weightage from Aptitude Test

- 40% weightage will be taken from HSC aggregator score
- 60% weightage from Aptitude Test
Preparation of Merit list For Architecture Course

- The first merit list shall include the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the Gujarat board or Technical Education Board Gujarat State or obtained a diploma from a university or institution located in the Gujarat state.
- The merit list for reserved category candidates shall be prepared separately.

- The second merit list shall include the candidates who have studied in the schools located in the Gujarat state and have passed the qualifying examinations from

What after the Declaration of ACPC Merit List 2024
ACPC will release the merit list for various courses on the official website. Candidates whose name on the merit list should take part in the counseling or Choice filling round. The scheduled dates for ACPC Counselling will be declared soon after the merit list is announced. Then the candidates should attend for the choice filling round and fill the choices of Institutions/colleges, seat, course according to his/her preference. The seat allotment will take place on the basis of the category of the candidates, merit, and availability of seats.
