ACPDC Diploma Merit List 2024

The Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses (ACPDC) conducts the Gujarat Diploma admissions every year. Similarly, even for this year, the ACPDC will release the application form, and those who are interested can check eligibility criteria and apply for the admission process.

ACPDC Merit List 2024

The ACPDC application process is a simple online process where the candidates should fill the necessary details, attach the required documents, make payment, and submit the application. The Admission Committee will check the eligibility of the candidate and will allot seats accordingly. 

There is no exam conducted for the Gujarat Diploma in 2024. The candidates are validated on the basis of their SSC examination or their performance in TEB or ITI. Based on these results, the committee will release the ACPDC Merit List Result. The candidates can check if they have their names in the ACPDC Final Merit List. If it appears, then they are allotted their respective seats in the colleges of their preference.

ACPDC Diploma Merit List 2024 PDF

The candidates appearing for the first year and the second year of professional diploma courses can select from different disciplines like Architectural Assistantship, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Engineering, etc. The admission committee releases the Gujdiploma Merit List of supernumerary seats. The Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses (ACPDC) supervises and controls the entire process of admissions of candidates in professional diploma courses in professional educational colleges.

The details on the ACPDC Diploma 2024 Scoreboard includes roll number, name, father’s name, mother’s name, category, the state code of eligibility, nationality, marks obtained, cut-off score for preparing the exam, and instructions.  

How to check the ACPDC Diploma Merit List 2024?

For the students applying for the first-year Diploma can check the ACPDC First Year Diploma Merit List for the results. The students should check the ACPDC First Year Diploma Merit List on the official site. Once the login page appears on the screen, the candidates should enter their roll number and date of birth. The numbers should be the same as entered while applying for the Admission process. Once the ACPDC Merit result appears on the screen, the candidates should download the ACPDC merit list pdf for future communications. 

As there is no written examination, the candidates are evaluated based on their 10th results. The candidates can fill the online registration form with marks details. The concerned admission authority will release the Gujarat Diploma Merit List. Further mock rounds and allocation will be justified in the official site of ACPDC.

Important points to consider

● The candidate should fill only one application form. More than one form will be rejected. So the candidate should be very clear and careful while filling the application form. 

● ACPDC Merit List 2024 will be displayed on the official website after the declaration of the results.

● The candidate should enter the name of the applicant, his/her parent’s name and date of birth the same as registered in the high school certificate. 

● The candidates, whose name appears in the ACPDC Admission 2024 Merit List will be entitled to admission. 

● It is necessary that the candidate should have their personal email id and mobile number. 

● During the counselling, the candidates will choose their preferred choice of course and college for admissions. 

● Document verification will be done at the time of admission. 

● The final ACPDC Admission 2024 Merit List is based on the proof of original brochures at the time of counselling/admission. 

● Any requests from the candidates on alteration of examination centre will not be entertained.

ACPDC Reservation 2024

Only the candidates who are of Gujarat origin are eligible for the Gujarat Diploma Admissions. The reservation criteria for the candidates are as follow: 

● 7% for Scheduled Caste Candidates

● 15% for Scheduled Tribes Candidates

● 27% for socially and educationally backward classes, including Widows and Orphan of any castes

If any of the candidates fall under these categories, they should submit the respective certificates which are mentioned below: 

● If the candidate belongs to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, then they should submit a certificate to the effect of non-inclusion in Creamy Layer in addition to the caste certificate.

● The caste certificate should be compulsorily stamped, signed and issued by the authority empowered by the Government of Gujarat. 

● If any certificate is not in the effect of non-inclusion in Creamy Layer, it will not be valid until it is duly stamped, signed and issued by the authority empowered by the Government of Gujarat. The validity of such certificates will completely depend on the prevailing government rules. 

● If the candidate is not able to submit the certificates as required by the sub-rule (2) within the stipulated time, then the candidate will not be eligible for any reservation category. 

● If the candidate belongs o the reserved category but got admission in the unreserved category according to his/her merits, then he/she may be given admission on the unreserved seat as per their preference.

A). The cut-off for the respective academic year is available on the official website of the ACPDC.

Q). What is there are any mistakes while filling the application form?

A). You can correct or edit the application form only before the submission. Once you submit the application form you cannot edit it. Applying twice is not entertained by the authority, also the application form will be rejected.

Q). On what basis are the Gujarat Diploma seats allotted?

A). After the documents of the candidate are verified and scores of the entrance exam are evaluated the admission authority will allot seats to the candidates as per their preferences.
