Phase III – Viva
A Viva-Voce Test worth 100 points will be administered. For general category applicants taking the Viva-Voce Test, the minimum qualifying score is 25%; for SC/ST/OBC/BC candidates, it is 20%.
If a candidate receives less than the minimum required marks in the Viva-Voce Test, it makes no difference how well they did on the Main Examination if they want to be considered for selection for an appointment. Based on the results from both the Main Examination and the Viva-Voce Test, the final selection list will be created.
If there are any candidates with equal marks in the final selection list, their selection will be made first based on qualification, with a postgraduate degree in law being preferred, then based on any prior experience with legal practice, and finally, if necessary, based on seniority in age.

Eligibility Criteria for taking Jharkhand Judiciary Exam 2024
Education and Legal Practice: Up to the deadline for application submission, applicants must hold a law degree (LLB) from a university that has been accredited by the BCI and be enrolled as attorneys under the Advocates Act of 1961.
Limitation on age: As of the date specified in the advertisement, applicants must be at least 22 years old and not older than 35 years. Candidates who are female or who belong to a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe will have the upper age limit relaxed by 5 years, and 3 years for OBC candidates.
