The Jharkhand Judiciary Recruitment will be held in three stages. The candidates should qualify all three phases to be selected for the post. Jharkhand Judiciary Eligibility Criteria 2020
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a Degree of Law from a reputed University. The candidate should also be enrolled as an advocate via the Advocates, Act, 1961 until the last date of submission of the application form. Also, the should have done valid and active application and registration to appear for the exam.
General Requirements: The candidate should be a citizen of India. Also, he/she should have good moral character and must not have any history with any criminal case that involves moral.
Age Limit: The lower age limit of the candidate is 22 years and the upper age limit is 35 years. For females or for the candidates belonging to SC/ST, there is a relaxation of the upper age limit by three years.

The viva-voce test will be held for 100 marks. The qualifying marks for General category students is 25% and for SC/ST/EBC & OBC category students is 20%. The final selection of the candidates will be done based on the marks obtained in the Mains exam and the Interview rounds both.
If there is a tie in the marks of the candidates in the ultimate selection list, the candidates having the Post Graduate Degree will be given higher priority. Later, the candidate’s experience in practising law, their age factor will be taken into consideration.
