The MP Judiciary Exam (Madhya Pradesh Judicial Service Examination) or MP PCS (J) Civil Judge Examination is conducted by the Madhya Pradesh High Court to recruit suitable candidates. They recruit for the posts of Civil Judge Grade II or Judicial Magistrate First Class.
MP Civil Judge Exam 2024
MP Judiciary Notification is released on the official website of the Madhya Pradesh High Court i.e. www.mphc.in. If the PSC at Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts the exam, then the notification is released on the state public service commission website. The examination process consists of three stages namely Online Preliminary Examination which constitutes the Multiple Choice Objective test, with negative marking. After qualifying in the prelims exam, the candidate will be eligible for the Mains Exam which is descriptive and in written format. The candidates who qualify for the mains exam will be eligible for the interview round.

MP Judiciary Online Form 2024
Candidates who wish to fill the application for the MP Judiciary exam should follow the below steps:
- The candidate should visit the official website of the MP Public Service Commission and click on the link for the MP Judiciary Online Form.
- After entering the page, the candidate should fill out all the crucial details such as name, date of birth, address, educational qualifications and anything asked.
- Then, the candidate should upload a scanned photo passport size along with a signature in the format & size asked.
- Finally, the candidate should pay the fee for the application.

MP Judiciary Exam Application Fees The MP Judiciary Exam application fees for the general category is Rs. 1047.82/- and for the OBC/SC/ST category, the application fees are Rs 647.82/-. The exam fees should be paid online while filling the application form.
MP Judiciary Eligibility Criteria 2024
Educational Qualification: Candidates who completed their LLB degree of duration 3 or 5 years from a Government and Bar Council recognized University can apply for the MP High Court Civil Judge Class II recruitment exam. Age Limit: The lower age limit to apply for the exam is 21 years and the upper age limit is 35 years as per the MP Judiciary Notification. General Requirements: The candidate should be a citizen of India with a good moral character and should not have any link or history with any criminal case involving moral descent.

MP Judiciary Selection Process 2024
The MP Judiciary Selection Process is carried out in the following process: Prelims Exam: The MP Judiciary prelims exam is the main phase of the MP Judiciary recruitment where the candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the online test. There are 150 multiple choice questions in the prelims exam which is of 150 marks. Candidates who score above the cut off marks can appear for the mains exam. Mains Exam: This is the second phase of the MP Judiciary Selection process. The mains exam is a descriptive method of testing candidates. It consists of 4 sections which will be of a total of 400 marks. The candidates who secure the cutoff marks in this section will be eligible for the Interview process. Interview: In the interview round, the candidate’s general knowledge, standards of law, and appropriateness will be evaluated. The interviewer will ask a series of questions to the candidates. The interview round will be held for a maximum of 50 marks. Only the marks obtained in the main exam and interview round will be considered for final selection.
