How to Calculate RRB NTPC Result 2020

Stages of RRB NTPC Sarkari Result 2020

It is qualifying in nature. There are three sections asked in the exam, namely- General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, and Quantitative Aptitude.

RRB NTPC Result 2019 for CBT 2
Aspirants 20 times the total number of category-wise vacancies are selected for the CBT 2 Stage of the exam based on the performance in the CBT 1.

RRB NTPC 2020 Result New for Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Applicants 8 times the total number of vacancies of Traffic Assistant (TA)/ Station Master (SM) for each of the categories, i.e., UR, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and EWS (including ExSM) will be shortlisted for Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) based on the performance in CBT 2.
- The test contains several test series, and aspirants need to pass in each test series.
- Applicants need to obtain a minimum score of 42 marks in each test series to qualify.
- The minimum qualifying marks are applicable irrespective of applicants regarding ST /SC/ OBC-NCL/ EWS/ PWBD/ Ex-Servicemen.
- The merit list of Station Master/ Traffic Assistant is drawn from amidst the candidates passing the CBAT by giving 30% weightage in CBAT and 70% weightage to CBT 2 stage of the exam.
RRB NTPC Result 2020 for Typing Skill Test (TST)
- The Typing Skill Test will be conducted for the candidates who have applied for the posts, namely- Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Senior Time Keeper, and Junior Time Keeper, etc.
- Typing Skill Test is qualifying in nature.
- The marks secured in this stage of the exam will no be calculated while preparing the final result.
- Applicants 8 times the total number of vacancies will be called for Typing Skill Test based on the performance in CBT 2 stage.

Tie-Breaking Policy
- In the case of two or more aspirants obtain equal marks, the merit is prepared based on the age criteria, older aspirants are set at higher merit.
- If the candidates’ age is the same, then alphabetical order (A to Z) of the name is used into account to break the tie.
