SBI Clerk Prelims Exam Highlights

The SBI Clerk Prelims Exam consists of three sections and the total marks in the examination is 100 marks. The candidates who score the cutoff marks will be eligible for the mains exam. Based on the SBI prelims exam, the candidates approximately 10 times the number of vacancies will be selected for the mains exam.

SBI Clerk Mains Result 2020

There is no Interview process for the Clerical Cadre post in State Bank of India. The candidate will be evaluated based on the marks obtained in their Mains Exam. Tie-Breaking Procedure in SBI Clerk 2020

If two or more candidates score equal marks, then there will be a tie which is resolved in the following manner:

  • Candidates from the reserved category such as SC/ST/OBC/PH will be considered.
  • If the tie still persists candidates having a fewer number of incorrect answers in all the subjects will be considered.
  • If the tie again continues, candidates older in age will be considered.
