KVS Admission Online Application Form 2020: In this article, we are going to give you details on how to fill KVS Admission application form for Class 1 to Class 12. The admission process has been started for all the classes and you can apply at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Website from 20-07-2020 to 07-08-2020.

Interested parents who are aiming their child to study in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Schools should apply for admission to concerned schools. You can also apply online by filling the KVS Online application form at kvs.gov.in. Candidates have to follow some KVS Guidelines while submission of the application form.

KVS Admission Guidelines For Class I: 

  • Child’s age must be 5 years on March 31, 2020. Children who are born on 1st April 2020 are also eligible for Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission Process.

KVS Admission 2020: How To Apply

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has started the KVS Admission process for Class 1 from the 20th of July 2020 onwards. The last date for KVS Online admission process for Class 1 is 07th August 2020. And also, for Class 2 to Class 12th grades, the admission process has also started. So, you can apply for the KVS admission until the last date. Here we have given all the details on the KVS Online admission process.

Steps to Apply For KVS Admission 2020

Interested candidates required to fill the KVS Application form online only at kvs.gov.in. In any manner, offline applications are not accepted. So, everybody should send the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan admission application form online only. The online acceptance of the KVS Application will be going to end on 07th August 2020.

  • You have to visit the official portal of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan
  • On the homepage of KVS Portal, Find the Admission link.
  • Click on the link. A new KVS Admission page is displayed on the screen.
  • Now read all the general instructions and admission guidelines are mentioned on the page.
  • Fill the application form and click on the submit button.
  • Now, take the print out of the submitted KVS Online admission application form for future reference.

Parents can also download the application for their child from the website. Just need to fill the application form and send it.

KVS Application Form

Documents Required For KVS Admission 2020

Parents have to keep all the scanned documents ready for the submission of the KVS Application form. The following documents required for the submission of the application form are:

  • Scanned passport size photo of the child and it must be under 256 kb. The file must be JPEG format.
  • Birth Certificate of the child (JPEG format Under 256 kb)
  • Caste certificate in case you are applying under SC/ST/Economically Backward weaker sections.
  • Transfer details of the parents or Grandfather and the details have to fill in the KVS Online application form.

General Instruction For Filling KVS Application Form 2020

Parents must be aware of the instructions for filling the KVS Application form. Below, We have given the instructions for filling the KVS Application form 2020.

The information submitted in the application must be correct, any wrong information filled in the application form is found, the parents of the child have to face legal actions abide by the rules and regulations. So, parents should aware of the KVS Guidelines and Instructions before submitting the application form.

Required Details

Following are the details required for filling up the application form are

  • Valid Mobile Number
  • Transfer Details of Parents/Grand Parents
  • Birth Certificate
  • Valid Email Address
  • Caste Certificate in case you are applying under SC/ST Candidates

Two necessary steps are involved in Successfully submitting the KVS Online application form are:

1. Registering on the Portal: After successful registration on the KVS Portal, a unique login code is generated. Please note it in a safe place.

2. Filling and Submitting the KVS Application Form: You need to submit the online application form by using the login code. After filling the application form and choice filling the schools click on the Submit application button. Then the application submission code is generated that is different from the login code. The list of documents should be submitted for the completion of the admission process. Also, check tn text book

Completing the registration process is not completing the submission of the application form. You have to register and also have to fill the KVS Online admission application form for the completion of the admission process.

For registration and submission of the KVS Application form, you need to verify with the OTP. So candidates have to give the valid mobile number of your’s instead of giving relatives, friends, cybercafe mobile number.

Parents have to keep in mind that the details submitted in the registration process cannot be changed at the time of submission of the application form. So be careful in filling the details in the KVS Admission application form.

You can also save the details in the application form by clicking on the SAVE button. The partially filled details in the application can be filled later.

After filling all the data in the application form, verify it once again before clicking on the submit application button. Once the filled application is submitted no edit option will be given for you from there onwards.

KVS Registration For First Time User

For the first time, he/she needs to register on the KVS Portal. The following information have to be filled in the KVS Online application form.

  • First Name of Child: This is a mandatory field
  • Middle Name of Child: Space or dot or Name
  • Last Name of Child: Space or dot or Name
  • Is the child differently-abled?
  • Date of Birth of Child: This is a mandatory field. Candidates have to enter the date of birth as mentioned on the date of birth of certificate.
  • Whether a child or grandchild of KVS employee: This is also a mandatory field. Select the options from the drop-down menu if your grandfather is a KVS employee. If not, select the option not applicable.
  • Email Address: Enter the valid email id address that is useful for the communication process regarding the KVS admission process.
  • Mobile Number: Also enter the valid mobile number that helps to verify the OTP.
  • Type the Captcha Code: Before clicking on the “Register” button. Fill the captcha code in the box for verification purposes.
  • Verify OTP: Candidates are required to verify the mobile number.
  • Verify button. After clicking on the Verify button. Acknowledgment page containing the login code is displayed on the screen.

The above completes the registration process but DOES NOT complete the KVS admission application form submission process.

Login to the KVS Admission Application Portal

To login to the KVS Application form, you need to have credentials such as login code, Date of Birth, Mobile Number. After entering the details in the KVS Online application form, click on the login button.

Filling the KVS Admission Application and Uploading the documents

To complete the application form process, you have to fill the 5 sections in the application form. The five sections are:1.Basic Information, 2.Parent Details, 3.Choice of Schools 4. Upload Documents 5.Declaration and Submit

Basic Information

In the Basic information section, Candidates have to fill the details in KVS Admission 2020 application form such as Child’s first name, Child’s Middle Name, Child’s Last Name, Date of Birth of the child, Whether child/grandchild of KVS employees, Differently abled, Differently abled Type, Gender, Whether applying in Single Girl Child category, Family Income Group, Caste Category, Blood Group.

After entering the details in the basic information section in the KVS Application form, click on the Save application button. If you want to edit or change the details in the application form, you can change it by logging in to the account

Parent Details

In the parent details section, fill the details such as Title, Full Name, Nationality, Country of Residence, State of Residence, City of Residence, Residential address, Pincode of Residence, Telephone number of Residence, Personal Phone number, Personal Email Address, Occupation, Organisation.

Once you have entered the data in the parent details section. Now click on the Next section tab.

Choice of Schools

  

The details are Choose State in which Vidyalaya is located, Select Vidyalaya, Vidyalaya Category, Region, Sponsoring agency, Location Type, Vidyalaya Location Map, Distance of Vidyalaya from residence, Select Organisation, Select employment status, Service priority Category, Select parent/grandparent whose Service priority category and transfers are to be considered for admission, Parent’s retirement date.

After filling the details in the choice of schools section, Now click on the next section tab.

Upload Documents 

Now candidates have to upload the documents in this section such as birth certificate, Passport size photo, grandchildren of PSU, grandchildren of KVS employees, Caste certificate children applying under  SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/BPL category, Differently abled certificate,  Children applying under service category, Proof of residence certificate, A certificate of retirement for retired uniformed Defence employees. After filling the details in the choice of schools section, Now click on the next section tab.

Declaration and Submit

After filling the KVS Admission form and uploading required documents, please read the declaration and accept the declaration by clicking on the check-boxes displayed next to the declaration statements

 

 

 

 

 

To cancel an already submitted application form, you need to login to the portal using the same Login Code used to fill and submit the application. The status of your application will be displayed as “Submitted” along with the date and time when you submitted the form

A button labeled “Cancel Your submitted application form” will also be shown. On clicking this button, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number (this is to prevent accidental cancelation of your application). After entering the OTP correctly on the portal, your submitted application will be canceled and the status of the application will be changed to “Canceled”.

An email and SMS will also be sent to the registered email address and registered mobile number respectively informing you about the cancelation of your application. Check Samacheer kalvi books

Your Application Submission Code will no longer be valid, and no information provided by you in the canceled application will be visible to KVS. In effect, your application will NOT be considered by KVS any more for admission.

Re-Applying after canceling a submitted KVS application form:

After canceling a submitted application, you can reapply using the same Login Code. In order to do this, please login using your Login Code (the same one that you had used to submit and subsequently cancel the submitted application form)

You will see a message saying your earlier submitted application form was canceled. You will also see two buttons labeled “Re-Apply with existing data” and “Re-Apply afresh”.

To use data from the last submitted and canceled application form (so that it is easier for you to re-apply), click the button labeled “Re-apply with existing data”. On clicking this button, a fresh application form (this is NOT the same as your canceled application form) will open with previously entered data pre-filled.

You can now make any required changes and submit the fresh application form, resulting in the generation of a new Application Submission Code.

To re-apply without using data from the last submitted and canceled application, simply click on the “Re-Apply afresh” button. A fresh application form with only pre-filled registration data will open. This form can now be filled and submitted, resulting in the generation of a new Application Submission Code.

The new Application Submission Code will be used for all subsequent processing of your newly submitted application and for further use by the schools. Your earlier Application Submission Code is invalid and will not be available to KVS.

KVS Admission 2020 Guidelines

Interested candidates have to strictly follow the KVS admission guidelines for the class I and have to register the KVS Application form online from 20th July 2020 onwards. The registration process will be done at kvsonlineadmission.in. Below given points have to be followed by the candidates for the KVS Registration Process.

KVS Admission

KVS Online Admission: Documents Required

The students have to follow the guidelines as per the Kendriya Vidyalaya School. The following points give below.

For the Class I KVS admission, the date of birth certificate required as proof of date of birth. The Date of Certificates issued by the birth registry such as Municipal Corporation/Municipality/Notified Area Council is accepted for the KVS Online admission.

For other classes, Some schools issue Transfer Certificate (TC) recognized by the Board of School Education Dept. After verification of Date of Birth authorities will return the date of birth certificate to the parents/guardian.

For Up to 8th class, the authorities grant admission without a Transfer Certificate. In such cases the child needs to be otherwise eligible and his birth certificate has been issued by a Govt. body.

If the child is the grandchild of Honourable Member of Parliament of India OR PSU Employees, he/she need to submit the proof that his parents are the child of MP or PSU Employees.

Grand Child of KVS Employees also has to submit the proof.

How To Register For KVS Admission For Class I:

Parents who are aiming their child to get KVS admission can follow the steps given below. We have given step by steps for Class 1 Registration.

1. Visit the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Website i.e kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in

2. Now hit on the Link ” Click Here To Register”.

3. Now read all the General Instructions that are available in both Hindi and English Language. To proceed further you have to click on the “Proceed” button before that you have to click on the checkbox.

4. Now the New Registration page is displayed on the screen.

5. Please be careful before filling the details in the KVS Registration form. Candidates have to enter the details in English only.

6. Now enter the details of the child such as First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and also enter the personal details of the child such as  Is the child differently-abled?, Date of the birth of the child, Email, Id, Mobile Number, Enter the Captcha code as shown in the image.

7. Now Click on the ” Register button”.

8.As soon as you click on the Register button. The OTP is sent to your registered mobile number. The OTP is valid only for 15 minutes. Now Enter the OTP to verify.

9.After Clicking on the Verify button. The acknowledgment page is displayed on the screen with the unique login code. Please save the Unique login code in a safe place. It is useful for login to KVS admission Portal for filling the application form for class I. The login code is also sent to your registered email id and Mobile Number.

10. It is advised to take the print of the Acknowledgement page containing the login code. Without the login code, it is not possible to fill the KVS Admission application form.

11. The Completion of the registration process does not complete the submission of the KVS Application form. Again you need to login to the KVS Online admission portal for the completion of the application form.

12. On the acknowledgment page below find the link Click here. For filling the KVS Application form now tap on the link labeled ” Click Here’ button.

13. You can also log in to the application form on the KVS Admission homepage. Login by entering Unique ID, Date of Birth, Mobile Number.

14. After entering the above details click on the login button to open the KVS Online admission application form.

Uploading Documents & KVS Admission Application Filling

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission Application is divided into five categories. It is mandatory to fill the details in all the five sections of the application form.

Basic Information 

Parents have to fill the basic information of the child such as First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Differently abled, Gender, Blood Group, Caste Category, Family Income Group, Single child, Twin child, Triplet. The application is also opened with pre-filled details that you have submitted at the time of registration form.

Parent Details

In this section, the parent details have to be filled in the application form. If the details of the parents are not submitted, the application form will be rejected. The parent details such as Title, Full Name, Nationality, Country of Residence, State of Residence, City of Residence, Residential address, Pin code address, Telephone Number of Residence, Personal Mobile Number, Personal Email Address, Occupation, Organisation.

Choice of Schools

Parents can fill the choice of schools in this section. You can select up to three schools i.e Vidyala 1, Vidyalaya 2, Vidyalaya 3.

Upload Documents

The scanned documents are a must for uploading documents for the submission of the KVS application form for Class I. Birth Certificate and Passport size photo of a child are the documents necessary for the submission of the application form. Apart from this, other documents are also necessary if the child is seeking KVS Admission under several or particular categories. Other documents are Caste certificate, Differently abled, Child applying under parent’s service category, Proof of residence of the child, Photo of a child,  Other proof of certificates are If the parent is KVS Employee If the Child is Grandchild of Member of parliament e.t.c.

Declaration and Submit

After filling the KVS Admission 2020 application, Uploading all necessary documents, click on all the checkboxes that are next to the statement of declaration. Before clicking on the submit button, scrutinize all the details in the KVS Application form by click on the “Preview” button.

You can also edit the application form by clicking on the previous button. If the details are correct in the KVS Online admission form, now click on save to preview button. After saving the application form. Now click on the submit application button. You need to again verify with the OTP for the submission of the application form, Once the submission of application form is done, from there onwards no edit/changes are allowed in the submitted KVS admission application form.

KVS Admission Selection List

The list of Eligible candidates, Waiting list, Selected List will be declared on the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya or on the notice board of concerned schools.

  • On 24th August 2020, the Selected list will be declared for Class 2 onwards
  • The selected list for Class XI admission will be declared within two weeks of the declaration of the result.
  • On 11th August 2020, the Class I Selection list will be declared.

  • KVS Admission notification has been released and the applicants have already started to apply for the registration process.

KVS Admission Process For Class I

  • 7.5% Seats are reserved for ST and 15% seats are reserved for SC. After admitting Under RTE Quota, the authorities consider the shortfall in the number of seats for SC and ST Category.
  • 10 seats out of 40 seats are filled through RTE Quota as per 25% reservation quota. These 10 seat are filled through a draw of lots from the received applications of SC/ST/EWS/BPL/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
  • Other remaining seats will be filled through existing priority category system.

KVS Admission 2020 Process For Class 2 to 8th

For Class 2 to Class 8th no entrance test/exam is conducted for the admission process. The admission process is based on a priority base category wise. If the applications are received more than the number of seats available. Then the authorities will follow the lottery system category wise including single girl child quota.

KVS Admission 2020 Process For Class 9th

  1. The authorities will conduct the admission test for class 9 admission. Then, the merits list is released on category wise of priority wise. Students will get admission based on merit, category of priority wise.
  2. Candidates have to attend for the entrance test in the following subjects such as Social Science, Maths, English, Hindi, and Science.
  3. The entrance test will be conducted in a duration of 3 hours for 100 marks. Each subject comprises of 20 marks.
  4. Students have to secure a minimum of 33% marks to qualify. SC/ST/Divyang category (PH) students have to get 25% marks to qualify for the admission process.

KVS Admission 2020 Process For Class 11th

Students For class 11th KVS Admission is based on the average marks secured in the 10th exams in the streams of Humanities, Science, Commerce.

Science Minimum of 60% Marks
Commerce Minimum of 55% Marks
Humanities All students of Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) if declared successful in the Class 10 exam.

KVS Admission Process For Class 10th or 12th

The admission process for class 10th and 12th is described briefly here. Applicants who are planning to Join in Kendriya Vidyalaya School for class 10 or 12 then you need to know the points that are described here.

If the strength of Class 10 or 12 is less than 40 in KV school, then the Deputy Commissioner of the particular region takes the responsibility for filling the vacant seats in the school. The admission is given to the candidates on the basis of the following conditions.

  • Candidates should be studied in CBSE Affiliated School.
  • The child must have secured an aggregate of 55% marks in class 9 or 11th exams respectively to get admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan School.
  • The student will have to opt from the available combination of subjects in Kendriya Vidyalayas

Who are the Eligible for KVS Admission 2020 Online

While filling the KVS Online admission application form, the original documents are required. Parents of the child who are central Government employees, State Government staff, and Private employees. Candidates will get KVS admission in order of the preference. Below we have given the order of preference in the Kendriya Vidyalaya admission process.

  1.  First preference will be given to the children’s of central govt employee
  2. Second preference will be given to the child of Ex-army and Army
  3. Third Preference will be given to the state govt employees

CBSE Class 11 Time Table 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the 11th Class exams in Feb/March 2021. The controller of the CBSE exams has released the Delhi Public School (DPS) and Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) date sheet which is described below.

The 11th class exams of KVS and DPS will be held in the month of March 2021. The CBSE 11th Class Time Table 2021 will be issued one month prior to the Exam process. The candidates appearing for the CBSE Class 11 exam can download the CBSE class 11 time table from the official website.

In the year 2020, the CBSE conducted exams from 3rd March to 20th March 2020, so according to last year’s dates, the exam will be held in March 2021.

CBSE Class 12 Time Table 2021

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, CBSE has canceled the CBSE 12th exams until the situation gets normal. The exams were to be conducted for 29 main subjects. On May 8, 2020, The MHRD announced that the pending exams will be conducted from July 1 to July 15. But even these exams got canceled for the time being.

CBSE Class 12 Time Table 2021

On May 18, 2020, a revised CBSE Class 12 time table 2020 was released. In which the pending exams were supposed, to begin with, Home Science on July 1 and conclude with Mathematics/Economics/Biology/History on July 15. Whereas the exams for all the CBSE students were to finish on July 13, 2020, with Sociology. Also, exams for North-East Delhi students were to continue till July 15, 2020.

[CBSE Class 11 Time Table 2021 – Check Schedule]

The Central Board released the CBSE time table 2020 class 12 on December 17, 2019. As per the released CBSE class 12 time table, the exams were to be scheduled between February 15, 2020, and March 30, 2020. Later, the exams got postponed for the students of the northeast centers due to the Delhi riots. But, due to the Corona virus outbreak in the country, the ongoing CBSE class 12 exams were postponed until March 31, 2020. Then, the exams were scheduled from March 21 to April 14, 2020.
