SSC CGL Exam 2020
The SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam is conducted to recruit candidates for Group B & Group C posts in various categories of the Indian Government. The SSC CGL recruitment is done for departments, ministries, and organizations of the Central Government.
The commission will release the notification for SSC CGL 2020 by September 2020. The tentative dates for SSC CGL are as follows:

Important: Candidates should note that the CGL Exam that is in process in 2020 is for the 2019 recruitment. The exams were supposed to be conducted last year in 2019, but due to some reason, it has been delayed.
SSC CGL 2020
- The SSC CGL Result for Tier I exam was published on July 1st, 2020.
- The SSC CGL Tier-II 2019 exam dates are released tentatively from 14th October to 17th October 2020.
- The SSC CGL official notification was released on 22nd October 2019.
- A candidate holding a bachelor’s degree in any stream or discipline is eligible for this exam.
- The SSC CGL exam will be conducted in four stages namely, Tier – 1, Tier -2, Tier – 3, and Tier – 4.

- The application fee for the general category is Rs. 100, while for the reserved categories the fees may be reduced.

SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria 2020
The eligibility criteria for the SSC CGL Exam is as follows:
- Citizenship– Citizen of India, Nepal, Bhutan.
- Qualification– Any Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
- Physical Fitness– Only for those candidates who are applying for the posts of Inspectors, Sub-inspectors, etc.
- Age Limit– SSC has increased the age limit for SSC CGL Recruitment process. The age varies from one post to another. The minimum age to apply for SSC CGL is 27 years while the maximum age is 32 years.

SSC CGL Registration 2020
- The application form for SSC CGL was available online in October 2019 on the official website of SSC.
- Candidates can register themselves by entering their email ID, phone number, and password.
- Each candidate will receive an SSC registration number.
- The next time when the candidate will log in, he/she should enter the given registration number and password.
- After logging in, the candidate should fill the application form and upload the scanned photographs and signature according to the dimensions specified in the JPEG format.
The selection procedure will be held through the 4-tier process of SSC CGL. In this selection process, the fourth tier will be of qualifying nature.
- Tier 1: There are 100 MCQs based on general aptitude. The time limit is 60 min.
- Tier 2: There are descriptive questions in two subjects, Mathematics and English each of 200 marks. The time limit is 120 min.
- Tier 3: There are subjective type questions. The time limit is 60 min.

SSC CGL Tier 1 Syllabus
General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, And English Language are the major sections of Tier I SSC CGL.
SSC CGL Tier 2 Syllabus
Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and Comprehension, Statistics, General Studies (Finance and Economics) are the major sections of the Tier II SSC CGL. The Mains exam will be conducted online.
SSC CGL Tier 3 Syllabus
- The Tier III exam will be a descriptive paper to test the writing skills of the candidates in English/Hindi.
- The exam will be conducted in the offline mode. The candidates should write essays, precision writing, application, letter etc.
- The exam will be held for 100 marks and the candidate should finish it within an hour.
- The candidates belonging to the PWD category will have a time limit of 80 minutes.
- Only the candidates who are interested in the post of “Statistical Investigator Grade-II” & “Compiler” should give this exam.
SSC CGL Tier 4 Syllabus 2020
In the Tier IV exam, the candidates will be evaluated on various skills set required for various Government posts in the country.

Data Entry Speed Test (DEST): The DEST exam is conducted to test the typing speed of the candidate for the post of Tax Assistant (Central Excise and Income Tax).
Each candidate has to write an article in English on the designated computer. The candidate should type 2000 words in just 15 min.
Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): In this exam, the candidate is evaluated for the posts of CSS, MEA, Inspector (Central Excise), Inspector (Preventive Officer), Inspector (Examiner). Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and Generations of slides are the three important modules of this exam.
SSC CGL Result 2020
Once the notification is released and the exam is conducted, the result for SSC CGL will be announced. The result will be released on the SSC official website. To check their results, the candidate should log in to the SSC online portal.
The results will be declared in the post-wise and marks-wise manner. Also, the candidate who scores the highest overall marks will be credited with the All India Rank (AIR).
SSC CGL Selection Process 2020
- Each candidate appearing for the Tier I exam, he/she will be assigned roll numbers and admit cards.
- Based on the marks scored in the Tier I exam, the candidates will be shortlisted category-wise.
- All the shortlisted should appear for Paper I and Paper II in Tier-II exam. While only specific candidates should appear for Paper III and Paper IV of Tier II.
- Paper I, Paper-II, Paper-III, and Paper IV, all four papers will have a separate cut-off.
- For the SSC CGL 2020 exam, each Tier and all the papers will have minimum qualifying marks. The minimum qualifying marks are as follows:
Unreserved Categories – 30 %
EWS/OBC Categories – 25%
Other Categories – 20%
- Any changes in the exam pattern will be first updated in the official notification, so any candidate preparing for the SSC CGL exam should regularly be updated with the notification.

The Staff Selection Commission General Duty exam is the General Duty Constable examination. This exam is conducted for recruiting eligible personnel in various Government departments and Ministries of the country. The SSC GD exam is conducted to fill various posts in the paramilitary organizations like BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, NIA, SSF and Rifleman in Assam Rifles.

SSC GD Recruitment 2020
Every year millions of aspirants will get a chance of appearing for the posts of Constables (General Duty) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA & SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles (AR) from various States/ Union Territories across India.

Previously, the Staff Selection Commission of India released the SSC GD (Constables) 2018-19 official notification on 21st July 2018. SSC has also released the exam date for SSC GD Constable Medical examination 2018-19. SSC GD Eligibility Criteria 2020
Candidates who are willing to apply for SSC GD exam should be aware of the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria for SSC GD is as follows:
Education: Candidates should have passed their Matriculation or 10th class from a recognized Board/ University before applying for the GD post.
Nationality: The candidate should be an Indian. For those candidates who migrated should submit a domicile/ PRC against his/ her state/ UT.
Age Limit: The age limit for all the candidates appearing for SSC GD should be within the range of 18-23 years. There is age relaxation in the upper age limit for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen, and other categories.

SSC GD Application Form 2020
The online application for SSC GD 2020 will commence after the release of the 2020 recruitment notification. Below is the online application procedure of the previous year (2018) for reference
- The online application process commenced from August 17, 2018, and continued up to September 30, 2018 (until 5.00 P.M.).
- Interested candidates can apply for the SSC GD exam through the official website.
- The candidates should provide all the details while the online SSC GD application form.
- Once the form is submitted, the Registration ID and password will be given to the candidate. So the candidate should retain the Registration ID and password for future use. Registration ID and password is permanent which is required for this exam as well as other recruitment examinations of the Commission.

- The candidate should upload his/ her latest color photograph and signature in the JPG format.
- The digital size of the photo should be more than 4 KB and less than 20 KB.
- The digital size of the signature should be more than 1 KB and less than 12 KB.

SSC GD Selection Process 2020

SSC GD Exam 2019 will be conducted only in the online mode and it will be an objective type written exam. For the SSC GD physical one should qualify the written test. The SSC GD Exam Pattern is divided into four parts:

This test is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s physical fitness based on the height parameters. Also, the candidate should undergo PET (race) followed by a biometric/technology-aided identification test.
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
The Physical test doesn’t carry any marks but the candidate should clear it. If the candidate fails the physical test, then he/she cannot clear the SSC GD Exam.

Height – 170 cm.
Chest – 81 (Unexpanded), 85 (Expanded)
Race – 5 km in 24 minutes.
Long Jump – 14 feet (In three chances)
High Jump – 3’9’’ (In three chances)

Height – 157 cm.
Chest – There is no chest measurement for female candidates.

- Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
The candidate who clears the PET and PST exam should go through a detailed medical examination. Also, the candidates are medically examined by the Medical Boards constituted by the CAPFs to evaluate their physical and medical fitness.

SSC GD Constable Admit Card 2020
Candidates who wish to attend the SSC GD exam should download the SSC GD admit card from the official site after being eligible for the exam. While downloading the Call Letter, the candidate should check the website to click on the SSC GD admit card link. To login to the page, the candidate should fill the necessary details like Registration Number and Date of Birth (DoB). The candidate should retain a copy of the document to carry to the exam hall along with a Passport-size photo affixed on it on the exam day.
SSC GD Constable Result 2020
Once the exam is over, the SSC will release the SSC results on its official site. SSC GD Constable Result 2018-19 for CBE was declared on 20th June 2019. More than 5 Lakh candidates were shortlisted for PST/PET Round. Out of the 4,65,632 are male candidates and 68,420 are female candidates.

SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria 2020
The SSC CHSL Eligibility criteria are based on three factors:
Citizenship: The candidate should be a citizen of India or Nepal or Bhutan or Tibetan refugee who came to India before Jan 1, 1962 and settled here on a permanent basis. If a person has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, & Vietnam and wishes to settle here permanently is also eligible.
Age limit: The candidate age should be in the range of 18-27 years as on 01-08-2019 (i.e. candidates born not before 02-08-1992 and not later than 01-08-2001).
Educational Qualification: For the posts LDC/JSA, PA/SA. DEO (except DEO in C&AG), the candidate should have cleared 12th standard or any equivalent examination from a recognized board of the university.
For DEO in C&AG, the candidate should have passed 12th grade in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from any recognized Board or equivalent university.

SSC JE Notification 2020
The SSC JE 2020 notification was released on August 13th, 2019. Previous SSC JE official notification was released on 1st February 2019 to recruit fresh engineering graduates for the post of Junior Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Quantity Surveying, and Contracts). The SSC JE salary for the Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) post in Level- 6 is Rs 35400-112400/- according to the 7th Central Pay Commission.
SSC JE Application Form 2020
The SSC JE application for 2019-20 commenced on August 13th and ended by September 16th, 2019. Candidates who wish to apply for the exam this year can stay updated from the official website. The SSC JE application form should be filled in two parts:
- One-Time SSC Registration
- SSC Online Application Form
One-Time SSC Registration: In this type of registration, the candidate should go through the instructions updated in the Notice of Examination before filling the SSC online ‘Registration Form’ and ‘Application Form’. The candidate should visit the official site and click on the ‘Register Now’ link to login to the website.
The candidate should provide the below-mentioned documents:
- Mobile Number/Email ID which should be verified through OTP. During SSC registration, the User ID of the candidate will be his/her Email ID provided earlier.
- Update Aadhaar Number or Aadhaar Enrollment Number as an ID proof. If the Aadhaar card is not available, the candidate can show any of the following documents later:

SSC CPO Cutoff Marks 2020
The SSC CPO Exam 2020 is scheduled to be held on 29th September 2020. After the exam is conducted, the candidates will know the detailed cutoff. On Feb 14, 2020, the commission released the cut-off marks of the CPO Paper I 2019 exam along with the result.
The minimum cut off marks in 2019 for the unreserved category for female candidates were 104.12 marks. Whereas for male candidates, the cutoff was 101.19 marks.
SSC CPO Result 2020
The SSC CPO Result will be released after the successful commencement of the exam from September 29th 2020 onwards. The SSC CPO Result 2019 for the paper I was released on February 12th, 2020. The commission released the result in four category-wise lists.

SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2020
Candidates appearing for the SSC MTS exam should be eligible as per the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a pass certificate of matriculation or any equivalent examination from a recognized government board as on August 1, 2020. Suppose if the candidate does not have qualifying examination criteria before the closing time, then the candidate cannot apply for the exam.
Citizenship: The candidate applying for the SSC MTS Exam should be a citizen of India, either/or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugee settled in India before January 1, 1962, or any person of Indian origin. Candidates should provide the Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Indian Government (if he/she belongs to a country other than India i.e. Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Pakistan, Burma, etc.)
Age Limit: The upper age limit for SSC MTS Exam is 25 years, while the lower age limit is 18 years as on 1 August 2020.

SSC Stenographer Eligibility 2020
The SSC Stenographer eligibility is based on the below criteria:
Citizenship: To be eligible for the SSC Stenographer exam, the candidate should be a citizen of India/subject of Nepal/ Citizen of Bhutan, Tibetan refugee who came and settled in India before January 1, 1962.
If an Indian origin person has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Zaire, Malawi, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India, then he/she is also eligible for the exam. But, such candidates should provide a certificate of eligibility issued by the Indian Government.
Educational Qualification
The candidate applying for SSC Stenographer exam should have completed or passed 12th grade or any equivalent examination from a government recognized board or university.

SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2020
The SSC Stenographer Admit Card will be released one week before the SSC Stenographer exam. The admit card will be released region-wise on the SSC region’s official websites. Candidates can download the admit card using the following steps:
- The candidate should visit the SSC Official Website & select the tab, ‘Admit Card’.
- He/she will be redirected to the page that hosts respective SSC regional website links.
- Then, the candidate should select the region filled during the SSC Stenographer registration process.
- They should also enter their roll number/ registration ID or name and password
- Finally, the admit card for SSC Stenographer Grade C and Grade D appears on the screen
- The candidate can then save and download the admit card SSC stenographer exam.
SSC Stenographer Result 2020
The SSC Stenographer result will be released on the official website and notified via an official notification. The SSC Stenographer 2018 result was released on Mar 18, 2020. In this result, the total number of candidates who qualified the Stenographer skill test 2018 Grade C post is 1,158, and for Grade D post the number is 2,786.
