JIPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2024 [Qualifications]
The requirements for admission to IPM 2024 at IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu are identical to those for the JIPMAT. Candidates must register and apply for JIPMAT 2024 if they want to be considered for IPM admission at IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu.
Qualifications & Score: Applicants must have earned at least 60% in their class X/SSC, class XII/HSC, or equivalent examinations (55% for candidates from the SC/ST/PWD category). The candidate must have participated in class X no earlier than 2018 and class 12 no earlier than 2020 or 2021.
Students in Class 12: Students who are anticipated to complete Standard XII/HSC or a comparable program in 2024 may also apply as long as they match the requirements.
Aggregate Percentage of Marks: By Board regulations, the percentage of marks earned by the candidate in Grades X and XII Standards is computed using the total marks earned in all subjects that appear on the mark sheet/grade sheet. If there is no such requirement regarding aggregate marks from the relevant board, then the aggregate marks of all courses included on the grade sheet shall be considered for determining the passing percentage.
You must have passed the 10+2/XII/HSC exam in the arts, commerce, or science stream with an overall grade point average of 60% in 2019 and 2020, or you must have taken the test in 2024 to be eligible to apply for the IPM program at IIM Bodh Gaya. However, if you fall within the SC/ST/PwD group, you are given a 5% relaxation.
Reservation: Once the minimum eligibility requirements are met, the reservation will be offered following GOI regulations.
Age Limit: The application for the JIPMAT Exam has no age restriction.
Nationality: Candidates for the JIPMAT Notification 2024 must be citizens of India; however, they may also be NRIs, PIOs, or foreign nationals.

- Plus-two level tests administered by any recognized State or Central Board, such as the State Boards of Secondary Education or the Central Board of Secondary Education and the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, following the 10+2 Senior Secondary Education pattern.
- A two-year pre-university or intermediate exam administered by a recognized university or board.
- A minimum of five disciplines, including English as one of those topics, are required for the Senior Secondary School Examination (SSSE), which is administered by both the State Board of Open Schooling (SBOS) and the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
