Judicial services exam will offer various job roles like Magistrate, District and Sessions Judge, Sub-Magistrate, Public Prosecutor, Attorney General, Solicitors, Advocate General, Notary, & Oath Commissioner. The qualified candidates of the Law Service Commission or State Public Service Commission are also eligible to be appointed as Magistrate and Sub Magistrate.

Lower Judiciary Exam Eligibility Criteria 2023
The eligibility criteria for the lower judiciary is as follows:
Educational Qualification: The candidate should be an LLB degree holder from a recognized institution and should be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act 1961 with a membership in the state bar council.
Experience: There is no need for any experience to apply for the lower judiciary services. Even the final year candidates can apply for the exam.
Age: The candidate should be between the age of 21-35 years.
Nationality: The candidate should be a citizen of India.
Higher Judiciary Exam Eligibility Criteria 2023
The eligibility criteria for the higher judiciary is as follows:
Educational Qualification: The candidate must be an LLB degree holder from a recognized institution.
Experience: The candidate must have a minimum of seven years of litigating practice.
Age: The candidate should be between the age of 21-35 years.
Nationality: The candidate should be a citizen of India.
