Judiciary Exam Eligibility Criteria 2023
The Judiciary eligibility criteria for the Indian Judiciary Exams In India will have two entry levels namely Lower Judiciary Services and Higher Judiciary Services.
Lower Judiciary Services Eligibility Criteria
The lower judiciary service is for the fresh graduates who have to write the entrance exam conducted by the respective state public service commission (UP, MP, Rajasthan, etc.) or the High Court (Delhi). The higher judiciary services are open for lawyers with certain prescribed minimum years of litigating practice, usually seven. Preliminary Exams
