The Judiciary eligibility criteria for the Indian Judiciary Exams In India will have two entry levels namely Lower Judiciary Services and Higher Judiciary Services.
Lower Judiciary Services Eligibility Criteria

Judiciary Exam Pattern 2020
The Judiciary Exam Pattern comprises of three stages:
The preliminary exam is a screening process for the mains exam. It consists of MCQs. The marks secured in the preliminary exam will not be considered for the final selection. The minimum qualifying marks for prelims exams is 60% for general category and 55% for reserved categories.
The Mains Exam will consist of subjective questions. There will be three or four papers in the exam. The marks secured in this exam will be considered during the final selection. A total of three times the number of vacancies will be called for the Viva-voce round.
The PI round is the final round of selection where the candidates are evaluated based on their general interest, personality, and intelligence among other factors.
