Judiciary Exam Eligibility Criteria 2024
The Judiciary eligibility criteria for the Indian Judicial Service Examination In India will have two entry levels namely Lower Judiciary Services and Higher Judiciary Services.
Lower Judiciary Services Eligibility Criteria
The lower judiciary service is for the fresh graduates who have to write the entrance exam conducted by the respective state public service commission (UP, MP, Rajasthan, etc.) or the High Court (Delhi). This avenue assures the candidates of time-based promotions and secured employment early in their careers.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should be an LLB graduate. There is no need for any experience and final year students can also appear for this exam. The candidate should be qualified to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates’ Act 1961.

Higher Judiciary Services Eligibility Criteria 2024
The higher judiciary services are open for lawyers with certain prescribed minimum years of litigating practice, usually seven. Preliminary Exams

Mains Exams
